We had hired a small design company to design our website, Sha Sha Ladies.com. They did a great job with the graphics but they could not set up some of the technical issues the way we wanted them. So, we hired another design company, they did not have the tools to set it up either, so to make a long story short we googled website problems and found helpfixmysite.com.

 

I emailed them with our problem and how we wanted it done. I received an email from (them) the next morning saying, "Yes we can get your site the way you want it." After emailing back and forth & answering a million questions from us we hired Help Fix My Site.

 

I can not tell you how impressed we are with their customer service. I would email (them) and usually got an instant reply. They have been wonderful to work with, very patient and kind. They were probably biting their tongue a lot but never did it come through to us. They are very efficient and knew exactly what we wanted.  They explained everything so that we could understand and if we didn't, they kept trying until we got it.

 

So, thanks to them, We Got It!! the way we want it.

 

In the future, if I need anything for this or any other website I will definitely call (them). We certainly got what we paid for plus more.
