Q. Why should I use you?
The reality is, you have a problem with your website and you need it fixed. We can do that. So many of our customers appreciate that they can send us their problems and we send them back fixed. Read their testimonials here!
Q. How long will it take?
Each and every situation is different. We understand that you cannot wait for weeks on end to get your problems solved. That's why we provide an estimate for how long it should take us to fix your problem. Most fixes are done by the next day.
Q. How much will it cost me?
We will quote you a price in our reply to you. This is a fixed price and will not cost anymore than that price. NO hidden fees. The real question should be how much is your time worth. Most of our fixes are less than $50.
Q. Do you work on adult sites?
We do not. We will respectfully decline any requests for adult site repairs.
Q. Do you fix problems with Facebook, Twitter or other social pages?
We get alot of requests to troubleshoot problems with personal facebook pages or other social sites. We cannot provide technical support for any social networking websites you do not own or manage. You will need to contact the support departments for these sites. However, if you just need us to setup a page in these social sites for you, contact us and we'll help you out.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal®.
Q. When do I have to pay?
We will request payment before we fix your files and after you instruct us to proceed.
Q. What if I'm not satisfied?
We guarantee our work. If you are not satisfied with our corrections, we will fix the problem until you are satisfied at no extra charge. If we cannot meet your needs, we will issue a full refund.
