Terms and Conditions between you, the client, and 3D Enterprises, Inc.
All references such as: the client, you(r) and the customer refer to the contact person specified in the contact information provided on the "Get Started" form from the www.helpfixmysite.com website.
All references such as: Help Fix My Site.com, us and provider refer to 3D Enterprises, Inc. located at 1125 Chickasaw Dr., London, OH 43140.
By agreeing to the terms on the "Get Started" form and submitting your information along with your request, you agree to the following conditions:
- The information provided is accurate and you are the responsible party for all conversations, emails and data transfer by the customer and Help Fix My Site.com.
- All information we collect from you will not be sold or given to any third-party entity with exception to support services we may enlist to help fix your problems. Your contact information will not be given to the aforementioned services, only details and/or your attached files concerning the problem.
- We are not obligated, guaranteed or required to provide a solution before payment is made.
- We reserve the right to decline any requests we do not feel we are capable of fixing or addressing.
- We reserve the right to deny service to any person(s) or company for any reason before payment is made.
- We maintain the right to turn over any unpaid or fraudulent payments to legal authorities and/or collection agencies.
- All transactions are final once the conditions of the repairs have been agreed to.
- All approved refunds will by distributed by check or refunded through PayPal to the customer within 30 days of delivery of product.
Payments and Refunds
All payments must be made in full before we will deliver the fixed files to the customer or login to your database driven website to repair the files. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal® payments. We do not accept checks, money orders or any other non-specified form of payments for our service. Refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 3D Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to make multiple attempts on correcting the files to meet the requirements of the customer. If the customer does not properly display that the problem is not fixed to their satisfaction, we reserve the right to deny a refund. If the customer displays the problems they defined on the "Get Started" form as not working correctly AND 3D Enterprises, Inc. is no longer willing to attempt to fix the files, we will issue a full refund, by check in the mail or via PayPal to the customer.
Conditions of the Repair
The customer will provide all contact information and detailed information about the website problem through the "Get Started" form. The customer agrees that they have defined their problems as accurately as possible and any files sent are relevant to the problem.
Help Fix My Site.com will respond to the customer with a price, estimated time of repair and/or requests for further information. If further information is requested, Help Fix My Site.com is not obligated to provide a quotation within one business day as indicated on helpfixmysite.com. We do promise prompt replies to all correspondence between the customer and Help Fix My Site.com until all inquiries have been addressed.
The customer must reply to the email stating that they wish for us to proceed before we will begin work on their reported problems. Once we have the permission to proceed, a request for payment will be sent via email from PayPal for the agreed amount. Once payment has been received, we will either email the corrected files to the customer to the email address used on the "Get Started" form or FTP the files directly to the server for the client (provided we have been given access to the account). The customer is responsible for implementing the files correctly onto their website if we send the corrected files by email. 3D Enterprises, Inc. will not support file implementation or provide instructions on how to upload or implement the corrected files without additional fees. If we FTP the files to a server on behalf of the customer, the customer is responsible for not accidentally overwriting these files by making sure they copy them to their local system before they update those pages.
CMS or Database Driven Website's and FTP Access
Any instances where the customer requests the Help Fix My Site.com staff to login to their software or server, the customer agrees to the following terms:
- The customer is responsible for setting up an alternate username and password for us to use to evaluate/correct the problems requested. If the main account is provided, the customer cannot hold 3D Enterprises, Inc. responsible for future incidents of theft or damage on the server. Although we guarantee your information will never be given to any third-party individuals or companies by us, we cannot guarantee your server is configured correctly to prevent intrusion and cannot allow customers to blame us for such.
- We are not responsible for data loss or damage done to the site. It is the customers responsibility to backup any and all files for their website.
- The customer understands that the fields and files used on our "Get Started" form are not secure and are advised to omit any usernames and passwords from any of the fields. We request that you wait for us to ask for them in our correspondences with you.
